Julius Jones has served the last 22 years on death row for a crime he did not commit. There was no evidence. He didn’t match the description. Someone else admitted to the crime. Unfortunately, Julius is another victim of civil injustice. The system failed him but we have the opportunity to demand justice! Julius is an innocent man who deserves to be free! The mission of the Terence Crutcher Foundation is to create just and liberated communities free from racial violence and harm. We do this through building power, policy advocacy, community development, and education. We engage community, law enforcement, and policymakers to identify, prevent, and confront racial inequities in Tulsa, Oklahoma and across the country. 

Our mission is to serve as a catalyst for systemic change in Oklahoma’s criminal legal system to promote just and appropriate accountability while reducing mass incarceration and its generational harm to families.
